Welcome. Thanks
for stopping by my website. My book, Our Lifeship: Studies
in Proverbs
for Women, compares our life to a ship. We all sail on life's
seas. Often, we encounter rough and tempestuous seas. In these
rough waters
my Captain gave me calmness in my heart. I want to share my peace
and joy with you. My book gives many real-life examples. It also
includes several situations women may face with some tips and
questions to think about. This way sailors can plan what to do
in case they
encounter them. As you peruse my website and my book, I wish
you happy sailing.
Lynn contributed to the following books for adults: Penned

published by Cross and Quill, Scripture Press, Horizons (RBP), It's
God's World, Nature Friend Magazine, The Quiet Hour (Cook), The

Our Lifeship
Our life is a ship. The helm steers the
ship. “Wise counsels” in
Proverbs 1:5 comes from a word that speaks of the rope that guides
the ship. Our Captain, the Lord Jesus Christ, will enable us to
guide our ship right as we stay in His Logbook, the Bible.
In Our Lifeship several examples of Biblical
characters and modern-day women are used. This book contains
quotations from Proverbs and
other Bible books. In the section, "Challenges Today's Women
Face," the author interviewed several women over the phone
to obtain ideas. This section brings it down to where we live.
She closes each chapter with a challenge, "Give the Helm to
Jesus."
